So today I decided to try the walk to school after many days of putting it off. Hehe. It was kinda hot but suprisingly it was really near! I mean I knew it was nearby but didnt expect to get there within 10 mins. Lucky it isnt humid like Miri or KK. Peluh abis abis Rexona oso cant help. When I got there though the crowd of students was just unbelievable. It was Guild O- Day and there were so many stalls at the Guild Precinct! I was suppose to meet Ozzy to return her camera which I borrowed to take some half decent so-called "professional" photos of Tims Graduation (avoiding the $100 fee for photography! Gila). I was like how the hell...then before I could call her I bumped into her and Sara at one of the hallways! Hahaha! We were fated to be together Ozzy. Hahaha..Speaking of lesbian relationships there was a stall for the Lesbians and Gays Support Club or something like that. There were free condoms in a basket. For a second I thought it was candy! Hahahaha Nasib baik tak ambik. Who knows what flavor. Haha.

And we got ambushed by Asia, the number one Asian Students Club in Curtin and these 3 students just came up in front of us and starting buzzing away on how cool it is in funny Surfer Dude accents. Hahaha it was like they had a radar for Asians (Beep! Asians incoming! Attack!) But it sounded pretty neat to me. Getting discounts at nightclubs and stuff. I asked the girl for her number but the guy butt in and said "I thnk she means my number" Doo ooii. He asked if I think his sunglasses are nice. I think I was being over honest when I said "NO" haha opps.. I think I scarred his ego. Sorry! I wish sometimes Id just bite my tongue and say "They're nice!" First day dah bitchy. Guess I was pretty annoyed then being in the crowd in the hot climate. Yeps heat plays an important role in my moodswings. I pass out if its too hot. So in between hot and too hot I just become irritated Vicky.

Anyhows, The place was happening and pact! A sea of students + A DJ playing trance at one side + Music from other clubs = Nightclub. Hahaha. Loads of freebeees (literally. Ppl were walking in Bee costumes) though. I got a Bankwest Pen and free ice lemon tea. Haha duii..

Anyways..There was this guy from the Bio Medical Club and he was playing the keyboard. Damn! Punya la terrer gila babi! He could play every single song! From David Archuleta to Lady Gaga (with effects too) to Super Mario to Ozzy's Fav Sex on Fire. We must have stood there for about 40 minutes before we moved on.

My main objective however was to get to the Job Board at the Student's Guild building. There were so many to pick! Some weird ones too. Like INVESTIGATOR. Hahaha wanna play PI? Oooohh kinky.. Hahaha sorry. Anyways yeah the ones I listed for Ozzy and I were :

a) Counter hand / Barrista / Baker

b) Carpet Cleaner ( ya ya I know..But I like vacuuming!)

c) Soft Ice Cream server

d) Casual Staff at a Supermarket

e) Telephone Courtesy Caller (get info from companies. No selling involved. Hrmm...Ngam la kan since Im very talkative haha)

f) Cafe all rounder

g) Stock taker (once a month hah..brapa jak dapat)

h) Deliverer (deliver catalogues to homes)

So thats about it. Which do you think would suit moi?

Unfortunately I have to be a member of the Student Guild in order to get employment info. And it is $99.95! Thats like RM250! hrmmm...But we do get $300 back in rewards. Besides Ill be working to cover it. Guess I should be joining it.

We finally had lunch at the library cafe (so nice kan. If you lapar while studying just go dwn and eat!) I had a pepper and steak pie for $3.80. Hah! I feel happy I spent less than 5 today. Ozzy was going crazy over how much calories it contained. Thats when I got a lil bit educated on calories intake. Hahaha but most of the time I dont think of calories I just shove it into my mouth and enjoy. Then we talked about my dramas in Miri. Fuh! And such a long talk it was! I guess I should learn to get over somethings and move on right? I dont know. Sometimes things find its way back to bite us when we are not looking. And there are always people and songs and things even colours which remind me of these people who have walked out of my life. I should surpress these stupid unworhty issues and keep em to myself instead of unloading them on others. I feel bad for making ppl listen to my shit. Coz its just the same thing over and over again. Now you can see how I can change from happy to emo in a minute. Sheesh.

I decided to take some time out and sit under the trees and enjoy the feeling of...sitting under trees. Hahaha Ive always seen orang puteh do it (Tim sat under the tree in Miri and he got lots of weird comments. Coz Malaysian grass got tahi anjing la sampah la) but here its so nice. Its cool under the shade and nice breeze. Except for the pricklng feeling under my skirt from the pine cones (hah what were u thinking??).
